1. Information We Collect
We strictly collect only the essential indicators required to deliver our enterprise B2B email signature management system:
- Account Registration Information: Corporate email address and corporate domain suffixes (e.g., `@yourcompany.com`) utilized to map multi-tenant workspace structures and handle secure passwordless authentication tokens.
- Signature Template Field Profiles: Textual metadata explicitly submitted to the app editor canvas, including employee names, titles, telephone numbers, custom image reference links, and tag string rules.
- Internal Adoption Telemetry Metrics: Timestamps explicitly capturing execution milestones within our platform interface: Not Accessed, Connected, Profile Configured, and Signature Copied.
2. How and Why We Process Your Data
Our legal basis for processing indicators relies primarily on the performance of a contract to provide the SaaS utility. We process data to map workspace profiles, compute deployment alignment arrays on admin dashboards, verify authentication limits, prevent automated bot abuse via internal rate-limit metrics, and execute transactions securely.
3. Mandatory Sub-processors Disclosure
We do not sell, lease, barter, or monetize client text fields or email databases. Third-party data sharing is restricted strictly to the following infrastructure sub-processors necessary to run the Service:
- Stripe, Inc. (USA): Processes payment details, billing cycles, cards, and corporate customer records under enterprise tokenization protocols.
- Brevo SAS (France / EU) & Resend, Inc. (USA): Cloud transactional email relays utilized to distribute cryptographically secure one-time access verification codes to workspace accounts.
4. Strict Zero-Tracking Outbound Architecture
TeamSigs operates under a strict data minimization commitment. We do not inject telemetry code, tracking pixels, or cookie structures into outward email assets copied from our dashboard, nor do we read recipient environmental data vectors, log recipient IP networks, or read email body contents. Our code exclusively records interface events executed within our own dashboard boundaries.
5. Global Compliance & User Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Regardless of your physical location, we recognize your right to access, rectify, or purge your records. Because employee text profiles are provisioned centrally via B2B dashboard mechanisms, data modification, portability, and "Right to be Forgotten" deletion actions can be requested by workspace owners or administrators at any time. We will respond to all verification inquiries within the legally prescribed timelines.
